ANYways, it's finally done, and I'm quite happy with the result. I especially like the trick I did on the horse's head. I could not, for the life of me, find a horse helmet in that specific position, so I had to mess with the actual horse to make it look plated on top. I mean, the spikes were added later... but the plating? all me!
I think, though, that I like the spine's design the best of the three. What with the flames an' all.
Ehm... just an edit here. (That's right, a comment totally counts as an edit) If you want to know what all the fine print is, send me a note and I'll post the huge version.
Yeah, didn't really feel like "shaping" the armor to fit her curvatures. In any case, Thirrin is technically supposed to put in a man's shoes, what with the whole succeeding her father thing.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
